These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 21ph platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 21ph. Please read them carefully before registering or using any 21ph services.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 21ph platform at https://21ph.club (hereinafter "21ph", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on 21ph. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 21ph with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 21ph relating to the subject matter herein.
21ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to 21ph and all real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable under Philippine law and the operating policies of 21ph. By registering an account on 21ph, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. 21ph is primarily intended for players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 21ph is legal under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. 21ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and their immediate family members of 21ph and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on 21ph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. 21ph is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 21ph username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been made by you. Notify 21ph support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 21ph requires identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. 21ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 21ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 21ph account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the remitting institution. 21ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during normal operating conditions. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may require up to three (3) business days. 21ph reserves the right to extend processing times for security review purposes.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A minimum of one (1) deposit transaction must be completed prior to any withdrawal request. Where a bonus has been claimed, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 21ph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. 21ph reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to request supporting documentation for the source of deposited funds. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.
5.1 General. 21ph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are published at the time the Bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, contribution rates by game type, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in individual Bonus terms.
5.3 Abuse. 21ph reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate Bonus-derived winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that Bonus abuse, advantage play, or fraudulent Bonus claiming has occurred. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, coordinated group play exploiting Bonus conditions, or any other activity that 21ph considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 21ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have partially completed wagering requirements at the time of termination of a promotion will have their Bonus and associated funds removed from their account.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on the 21ph platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification records are available upon request.
6.2 Return to Player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games on 21ph represent the theoretical long-term statistical return under normal play conditions. Actual returns during any individual session may vary significantly from published RTPs.
6.3 Disputed Rounds. In the event of a disputed game round, the outcome recorded in the 21ph server logs shall be definitive. 21ph maintains complete server-side logs of all game rounds and the results recorded therein shall prevail over any client-side display discrepancy.
6.4 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, 21ph reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and return the stake to the player's account balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform where technically applicable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 21ph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 Commitment. 21ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. 21ph recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides tools to assist players in managing their play.
8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 21ph account holders at no charge and without restriction:
8.3 Minors. 21ph is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 21. 21ph encourages account holders with minor dependents to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices. 21ph will permanently close any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.

All content on the 21ph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game content, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of 21ph or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any 21ph intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 21ph's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 21ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
21ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether 21ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
21ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
11.1 By 21ph. 21ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity; or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, 21ph may forfeit any balance remaining in the account.
11.2 By Player. You may close your 21ph account at any time by contacting 21ph support. Subject to the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and the completion of identity verification, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
21ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered email address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 21ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 21ph in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 21ph will use reasonable efforts to respond to dispute notices within fourteen (14) business days.
